BVU Stories

Sarah Mackey '19

Sarah double majored in mathematics and computer science. During her time at BVU, Sarah had the opportunity to serve as a panelist with former U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta as part of BVU’s American Heritage Lecture Series. On top of these experiences, Sarah landed prestigious internships with the United States Department of Defense Cryptanalysis and Exploitation Services Summer Program as well as Microsoft Corporation. She also studied abroad as part of the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics program. Today, Sarah is a successful software engineer at PayPal in San Jose, California.
