Homecoming Week
The biggest week on the BVU calendar. Alumni return, the campus comes alive, and Beaver pride reaches its peak. From the parade through downtown Storm Lake to the pep rally bonfire, every moment builds toward the big game on Saturday.
BVU After Dark
Every Friday and Saturday night, CAB transforms campus into the place to be. Late-night programming gives students a reason to stay on campus and make memories with friends — no car needed, no cover charge, just good times.
Buenafication Day
Once a year, the entire BVU community — students, faculty, staff, and alumni — comes together for a campus-wide day of service. Volunteer projects span Storm Lake and beyond, beautifying the community and strengthening the bond between campus and town.
Guest Speakers, Concerts & Cultural Celebrations
BVU brings world-class voices to Storm Lake. Throughout the year, nationally recognized speakers, touring musicians, comedians, and performers visit campus. Cultural celebrations honor the rich diversity of the BVU community — from heritage months to international food festivals.
