"The hands-on experience that I have gotten from this lab is extremely valuable. I learned how to administer many different tests such as body composition, VO2 max testing, balance testing and strength, and conditioning testing. I also learned other simple skills such as taking blood pressure, heart rate, learning how to calculate BMI and how to check reflexes. All of these skills have done a great job setting me up for success in chiropractic school."
